Shipping Policy:

Delivery of Beds and Mattresses can only be made to Mainland UK excluding the Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland BFPO addresses, PO Boxes and the Republic of Ireland. For the avoidance of doubt, delivery to these locations shall always be made as part of a non standard delivery service. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that somebody authorized by them to receive and check the item(s) on delivery is available.

Delivery charges and estimated timescales are detailed in this website and when you place your order. However delivery delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Orders cancelled after dispatch may be subject to a cancellation charge.

Delivery:

We offer FREE delivery to the UK Mainland and a charged for service to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. Estimated delivery time for Beds will be 5 to 7 business days and Mattress 2-5 days.

Returns & Cancellations:

If any goods are received with any parts missing, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage to the goods, as we may not be in a position to exchange damaged items at a later time. All beds come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty and any proven defects will be corrected free of charge by us! Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging can not be returned. Photographic evidence may be required in order to replace damaged parts. If you wish to exchange your order without any faults an exchange charge of from £50 will be incurred and will also incur a restocking fee of 50%. An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 14 days following delivery of the goods. An administration fee for cancelled orders restocking fee will be charged at 50% of the total order value if the order isn’t cancelled within 2 days from your order due to all the beds been made to order. If the Buyer is dissatisfied with their purchase for any reason they may, within fourteen days of delivery, contact the Seller’s customer service department to notify them that they wish to return some or all items from their order. If the fault is down to us we will offer a free replacement bed! The Buyer can either arrange to return the goods themselves to the Seller at their own cost or they may ask the Seller to collect the goods at a minimum cost of 30% restocking fee and from £50 collection depending on items and location which will be deducted from their refund; all our beds are made to order. Goods must be returned to the Seller in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to the Buyer and in their original packaging or similar. Items which are not adequately packaged at time of collection may not be collected and a charge of £50 may be levied to cover cost of failed collection. Refunds will be issued within 21 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.
